i'm busy starting next week so i wont be on my computer much

linny and i have spoken about it

any comments?

i could maybe... potentially host.... but idk... im a lil worried about my graphics card.... u see its a Radeon HD 4870 and mind you my case has 6 internal fans.... so with 4/6 fans blowing on it it still sits at about 77C (or 170.6F for you americans) idle.... although i dont know that hosting would really be all that graphically challenging....

Hosting won't take much of your graphics card... but it will suck up your bandwidth and your RAM like a 3 year old and a chocolate milk shake...

yeah i figured it would do that... but ive got 4GB of RAM and if i use readyboost i can actually get it up to 8GB and bandwidth really isnt a problem for me either...

well i was talking about RAM as in Random Access Memory or also known as Virtual Memory, it deals with the stuff that is for shorterm use like this forum for example... this forum takes up a specific amount of RAM on your computer and as soon as you close it that RAM will once again become free... RAM is also what deals with Binary which is a computer language consisting of 1's and 0's and is read by breaking them up into segments of 8 digits which are called bytes and can actually be translated by adding the numbers designated by 1's for instance in binary 1= 2, 10 = 4, 100 = 8, and 11 = 6, or 11001 + 1001 = 100010 = 50 +18 = 68 it is then translated by taking the sum of all the 1's and then looking up what that number means according to the ASCII chart. so really to spell a 4 letter word in binary it would take 32 digits.... i was also talking about bandwidth which is the amount of bp/s that are available or consumed during network communication... hope that cleared things up for you

yeah... my major right now is in computer programming... and in one of my books last semester there was an entire chapter devoted to RAM... it was kinda interesting.....

im actually taking a business class right now... i dont like my teacher though... she is a super patriotic hardcore AMERICA is #1 republican.... and she makes sure u know it... liek the first day of class she sat there for an hour and told us how good american healthcare is and how bad the healthcare is screwed up in places like canada... and then proceeded to bash canadian health care.... and as a canadian i knew for a fact that pretty much everything she said was propaganda...

lol well i like obama i dont reall yhave any political basis for liking him... i just think hes cool... although i dont like biden... cause he is good friends with... i forget what the organization is now... its like national recording and copywright association... but anyways... they want to spend $1 billion to monitor peer to peer networks in order to reduce the piracy of music, games, movies, etc... and thas bad cause i dont wanna have to spend money on that stuff....

yeah even i hated palin and im not really that into politics... although my entire town is filled with republicans so to say that would be like saying i hate white ppl... which my town is also filled with... but im one of them so i cant really complain... but like in the paper there would always be reports of Obama 08' signs being stolen or vandalized... it was kinda funny...

my main source of political info comes from either The Daily Show, or the Colbert Report.... cause only they can make that stuff interesting...

lol well i only have 1 friend who is really into politics... but my only means of communication with his is facebook right now... man.. .do u watch flight of the conchords... ive got their sugarlumps song stuck in my head...

no its not a movie silly.. its a tv show that comes on HBO... their songs are hilarious though cause they are a 2 man novelty band from new zealand... and they are an actualy band too... like they are really big in new zealand and they came over here to get famous and HBO offered them a show and they were like ok!

yeah im kinda like that... i only watch specific shows... but im not a big fan of reading... ill read comic books but thats about it... u should read Marvel Zombies... its the best comic book ever!!!

but marvel zombies is awesome!!! basically its about all of the superheroes in the marvel universe turning into zombies and eating everyone! its awesome!
